Present there were Former Deputy President of the Senate of Nigeria Ibrahim Mantu who is chairman of the Nigeria-Korea Friendship Association, Yousfe Al Amiri, chairman of the Kuwait-DPRK Friendship Association, and Socorro Gomes, president of the World Peace Council, who are co-chairmen of the international preparatory committee, delegations and delegates of foreign countries and regions and international bodies, Kim Jong Suk, chairperson of the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries who is vice-chairperson of the Korean preparatory committee and teachers and students of Kim Il Sung University.
