Present there were Kim Cha Dol, chairman of the Central Standing Committee of the Korean Youth League in Japan, and other officials of the league.

O Jae Se, chairman of the Kanagawa Prefectural Headquarters of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon), and Song Su Il, teacher at Joson University, referred to the deep loving care shown by the President for the Korean students in Japan who were born and raised on an alien land.

Kim Cha Dol in his speech noted that the President was a benefactor and teacher of Koreans in Japan and eternal sun of the nation.

The revolutionary cause of Juche and the movement of Koreans in Japan started by the President and led by General Secretary Kim Jong Il have been successfully carried forward by the dear respected Kim Jong Un, he noted, adding the Korean youth in Japan would remain true to the leadership of Kim Jong Un.

A similar meeting took place at the hall of the Kanagawa Prefectural Headquarters of Chongryon on the same day.

The participants laid a floral basket before the portrait of Kim Il Sung and paid tribute to him before watching a video dealing with the loving care shown by the President for the Koreans in Japan.

The students of Korean Secondary Higher School in Kanagawa sang the song "Broad Smile" and recited a poem "Life-giving Water ", mesmerizing the participants.
