The special page on the seminar held on the theme of "Exploits of President Kim Il Sung Will Always Be Remembered by Progressive Mankind" carried a portrait of the smiling President and photos showing the revolutionary activities of the great persons of Mt. Paektu.

Posted on it were works of Kim Il Sung and General Secretary Kim Jong Il, books and photos introducing the DPRK's struggle for building a thriving socialist nation, Korean films and songs.

A keynote report was made by Andre Aubry, president of the France-Korea Friendship Association who doubles as co-chairman of the International Preparatory Committee for Celebrating the Centenary of the Birth of President Kim Il Sung.

He praised Kim Il Sung for having defeated two imperialisms in one generation, successfully accomplished the cause of founding the party, the army and the state and turning the country into a socialist state independent in politics, self-supporting in economy and self-reliant in national defence in a brief span of time.

He also recalled that Kim Il Sung provided a strong foundation for national reunification and worked heart and soul for the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula.

Speeches were made by Co-chairmen of the International Preparatory Committee Guy Dupre and Anders Kristensen and personages in 17 countries and international organizations including Antti Sika Aho, chairman of the Finland-Korea Society, and Viktor Yegorov, chairman of the Karelia-DPRK Friendship Association of Russia, under such titles as "President Kim Il Sung Is the Founder of the Great Juche Idea", "Comrade Kim Il Sung and World" and "Leader Kim Jong Il Who Glorified the Cause of the Sun".

The speakers stressed that the greatness of the President lies in his founding of the Juche idea, the most scientific and revolutionary theory.

The special page on the international seminar was visited by more than 15 278 900 million people.

The chairman of the Korean Friendship Association sent a letter to the dear respected Kim Jong Un as regards the seminar.

The letter said that the cause and noble desire of Kim Il Sung were steadfastly carried forward by Kim Jong Il and the DPRK would demonstrate its fame as it holds Kim Jong Un, supreme leader, in high esteem.

It underscored the need to extend full support and solidarity to the Korean people in their cause of justice in the future, too.
