A meeting of declaring the emulation took place at the February 8 Vinalon Complex on Thursday.

Present there were Jon Yong Nam, first secretary of the Central Committee of the Kim Il Sung Socialist Youth League, officials concerned and members of the league in South Hamgyong Province.

Outlines of the emulation were made public to be followed by speeches.

Speakers voiced their will to successfully carry out the WPK's plan and resolution under the leadership of the dear respected Kim Jong Un in hearty response to the flames of Hamnam kindled by General Secretary Kim Jong Il.

They declared that they would dynamically wage a socialist emulation for fulfilling their national economy plans ahead of schedule and winding up immediate farming preparations qualitatively in warm response to the WPK's appeal for channeling all efforts into light industry and agriculture, the main sectors for building a thriving nation.
