Highway Project in Algeria

| Pyongyang, April 20 (KCNA) -- Algeria has officially announced the launch of the Blida-Ghardaia section of the country's major North-South Highway project linking Algiers and Guezzam-Ain. The first phase of this strategic project would pass through the provinces of Blida, Medea, Djelfa, Laghouat and Ghardaia. This important highway project covers a total of 1,013 km as it is part of the government programme for development by 2030. |
