The festival drew more than 300,000 visitors. It deeply instilled into their mind the truth that that Kim Il Sung is always alive with the flower of the sun into full bloom in the hearts of the Korean people and humankind.

A closing ceremony was held at the Kimilsungia-Kimjongilia Exhibition on Friday.

Present there were Kim Yong Nam, Kim Ki Nam, officials concerned, officials of armed forces and power organs, ministries, national institutions and public organizations, service personnel of the Korean People's Army, working people, school youth and children and overseas compatriots.

Present there on invitation were Indonesian Ambassador to the DPRK Nasri Gustaman and other foreign guests.

Certificate of special-class prize went to 36 organizations including the Kim Song Dok-led unit of the Korean People's Army and the Ministry of the People's Armed Forces and special prize to the Central Standing Committee of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan and the Indonesian embassy here.

At least 40 units received certificates of top prize and more than 50 working people, school youth and children, overseas Koreans, foreigners and Chinese residing in the DPRK received certificates of top prize, special prize of merit and prize of merit.

Certificates of prize for cultivation technology went to cultivators of the units which distinguished themselves in displaying potted Kimilsungias after cultivating them on a scientific and technological basis.

Kim Chang Do, chairman of the Korean Kimilsungia-Kimjongilia Committee, made a closing speech.
