Kim Il Sung's Birth Anniversary Marked in Cuba, Russia

| Pyongyang, April 21 (KCNA) -- A performance was given by Cuban artistes at a theater in Havana and a joint performance by DPRK and Russia youth and students at Far-Eastern State University for Communications in Khabarovsk on April 2 and 12 in celebration of the centenary of the birth of President Kim Il Sung. Put on the stages of the performances that started with chorus "Song of General Kim Il Sung", immortal revolutionary hymn, were Korean songs including "Mangyongdae, the Cradle of Revolution" and "Footsteps" and songs and dances of Cuba and Russia. Among the audiences were officials concerned including the Cuban vice-minister of Culture, the president, teachers and students of the Russian university and staff members of the DPRK missions in Cuba and Russia. |
