Present at the opening ceremonies were mayors and deputy mayors of the Nakhodka, Vladivostok, Pokino and Partizansk city administrations of Russia and officials of different social standings and other people.

Speeches were made at the ceremonies.

The director of the Nakhodka City Greening Office of Russia said that Kimilsungia and Kimjongilia are symbols of reverence of all people for the peerlessly great men.

The director expressed belief that the flower of the sun carrying the august name of the dear respected Kim Jong Un, another great man, will certainly bloom on the earth before long.
