Present there were Ha Su Gwang, chairman of the Chiba Prefectural Headquarters of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan, Paek Jong Il, president of the Chiba Prefectural Commercial Association, and other compatriots, members of the Hunaba City Assembly and Japanese people from all walks of life.

Ha Su Gwang took the floor first to be followed by Japanese people.

The participants called for pooling efforts for the promotion of friendship between the two countries.
