The U.S. war-thirsty forces are talkative about "peace" and "stability" but their deeds do not agree with their words.

These words, in essence, are nothing but a pretext to maintain a military edge.

The U.S. imperialists are the arch criminals escalating the arms race and tensions worldwide and wrecking global peace and stability.

If the U.S. is allowed to persist in the development and production of new type weapons as now, the world will find itself in a vortex of arms race and this will compel other countries to bolster up war deterrent to counter it.

The U.S. arms race will only end up throwing itself into a pitfall.

The U.S. imperialists are bound to meet their end due to the arms race sparked by themselves. Time will prove this.
