Among the audience were Kim Yong Nam, Choe Yong Rim and other senior party, state and army officials, a chairperson of a friendly party, officials of the party, armed forces and power bodies, public organizations, ministries and national institutions, officials in the fields of science, education, literature and culture, public health and the press, servicepersons of the KPA and the Korean People's Internal Security Forces, men of merits and working people in the city.

Present there on invitation were overseas compatriots delegations and compatriots, the chief of the Pyongyang mission of the Anti-Imperialist National Democratic Front, diplomatic envoys of various countries, members of the military attaches corps here and foreign guests.

The performance began with chorus of prelude "The Victorious Parade".

Chapter 1 "Iron-willed Brilliant Commander" included male solo and chorus "Sentinels Offer Warm Salute to the Leader", male chorus "Song of the Korean People's Army" and chorus "Long Live Generalissimo Kim Il Sung".

The performers impressively represented the immortal feats the President performed by founding the revolutionary army and thereby pioneering the revolutionary cause of Juche advancing by dint of arms.

Chapter 2 "Brilliant Commander of Songun" included female solo and chorus "Chol Pass" and chorus "Thunder over Jong Il Peak". They sang of the feats Generalissimo Kim Jong Il performed by developing the KPA into the elite army with his original Songun politics and thus ushering in a new great history of defending socialism and bringing about the prosperity of the country.

Also put on the stage were numbers showing the true picture of the strong revolutionary army which has been trained under the care of the great brilliant commanders.

The performance reached its climax with epilog "Forward for Final Victory!"

Choruses "Footsteps" and "Let Korea of Sun Demonstrate Its Might before the World" rocked the stadium.
