A festival of compatriots in Shizuoka Prefecture for celebrating the centenary of the birth of the President was held at Korean primary and middle school in Shizuoka on the same day.

A speech made by Ri Myong Yu, chairman of the prefectural headquarters of Chongryon, was followed by an art performance.
