Present there on invitation were the director of the General Political Department of the Chinese People's Liberation Army who is member of the Central Military Commission of the Communist Party of China, generals of the General Logistics Department, the General Armament Department of the CPLA and the Political Department of the Air Force of the CPLA, the Chinese People's Armed Police Force and the Foreign Affairs Office of the Ministry of National Defense and military attaches of foreign embassies in Beijing.

Present there were the DPRK ambassador to China and staff members of his embassy.

A speech was made there. The participants watched Korean film "Ever-Victorious Ranks of Paraders".

Then followed a reception.
