Congratulatory Visits Paid to DPRK Missions

Pyongyang, April 27 (KCNA) -- Russian and Polish figures paid congratulatory visits to the DPRK missions in their countries from April 14 to 18 in celebration of the 100th anniversary of the birth of President Kim Il Sung and in congratulation of the dear respected Kim Jong Un on his election as first secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, chairman of the WPK Central Military Commission and first chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK. They included the first secretary of the Khabarovsk Territorial Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, the first secretary of the Nakhodka City Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation and his party, the first secretary of the Nakhodka City Committee of the Lenin Young Communist League of the Russian Federation and his party and members of the Secretariat of the Union of Polish Communist Youth. They placed floral baskets and bouquets before full-length portraits of the President and leader Kim Jong Il and paid tribute to them. The first secretary of the Nakhodka City Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation said that it is the biggest exploit performed by Kim Jong Un that he held Kim Jong Il as eternal general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea. A congratulatory speech made by Kim Jong Un at the military parade celebrating the 100th anniversary of the President's birth was a beacon that illumined the way ahead of not only the Korean people but the progressive people valuing justice, the firs secretary noted. The tremendous military capacity of the DPRK guarantees the peace and security on the Korean Peninsula and the rest of Northeast Asia, he said, adding he would strive to develop relations with the WPK in the future. The Khabarovsk Regional Political Council of the "United Russia" Party, the Amur Region Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, the Russia-Korea Friendship Association of Khabarovsk Territory and the Russia-Korea Children's Friendship Association Named after Kim Jong Il of 11th Middle School in Khabarovsk City sent bouquets to the DPRK missions. |
