The work serves as an action program for developing the Workers' Party of Korea into the party of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il and hastening the victory of the Juche cause, socialist cause, holding Kim Jong Il in high esteem as eternal general secretary of the WPK, the statement said.

As clarified in the work, Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism is the invariable guiding idea of the WPK and Songun Korea and, at the same time, the only guidelines for the activities of the Group, the statement added.

It said the Group would study Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism more deeply and widely disseminate Kim Jong Un's work among political parties, organizations and people of Peru.

Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism is the great idea guiding the new century, it said.
