Kim Jong Ho, vice-minister of Electric Power Industry, said:

"The work reflects the strong will of Kim Jong Un to improve the power industry, true to the intention of leader Kim Jong Il, who visited the Huichon Power Station under construction several times to solve the shortage of electricity.

We will work hard to radically raise the production of electricity and make the most effective use of it in developing the economy and bettering the people's livelihood."

Kim Hyok, department director of the Ministry of Metal Industry, and Kwon Chol, department director of the Ministry of Railways, expressed their resolve to do their best to contribute to consolidating the foundations for the economic development and effecting a fresh upsurge in all sectors of the national economy.
