He said this in a speech made at the forum of the World Congress on the Juche Idea held on the centenary of the birth of the President.

History records many great persons but the President tops the list, he said, adding:

The President was the genius of ideology and master of the leadership.

He built socialism centered on the popular masses under the banner of Juche, a society which demonstrates its might with independence in politics, self-supporting in economy and self-reliance in national defence.

He indicated the road of the struggle for building an independent and new society.

He set a shining example in building a socialist state in which the ideal of the popular masses is embodied.

He was the most outstanding leader with matchless courage and pluck.

No desperate efforts of the imperialists against the anti-DPRK campaign and moves to stifle it can ever topple the socialist system in the DPRK built by him.

The progressives of mankind are now looking up to Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il's Korea with envious eyes and drawing strength and courage from the reality of Korea.
