DPRK Foreign Ministry Statement Distributed as Official Document of UNSC

Pyongyang, April 28 (KCNA) -- The statement of the DPRK Foreign Ministry dated April 17 was distributed as the UN Security Council's official document S/2012/239 on April 19. It was issued in protest against the UNSC presidential statement adopted in violation of the right of the DPRK to launch satellites for peaceful purposes under the pressure of the U.S. and its followers.
