Present there were Pae Ik Ju, vice-chairman of the Central Standing Committee of Chongryon and chairman of its National Rights Committee, Hwang Myong, chairman of the Tokyo Metropolitan Headquarters of Chongryon, and leading officials of organizations and enterprises of Chongryon, officials of the Tokyo Metropolitan Headquarters of Chongryon and compatriots.

The statement issued by the DPRK government, political parties and organizations was read out, to begin with.

Speeches were made there by Song Kong Myong, vice-chairperson of the Tokyo Metropolitan Headquarters of Chongryon, Jo Myong Jin, chairman of the Tokyo Metropolitan Headquarters of the Korean Youth League in Japan, and Kim Sun Dok, chairperson of the Tokyo Metropolitan Headquarters of the Korean Democratic Women's Union in Japan.

Speakers said that the high treason committed by the Lee group is a challenge to the ardent loyalty of Chongryon and Koreans in Japan who consider the dignity of the supreme leadership of the nation dearer than their own lives, holding the great men of Mt. Paektu in high esteem as the eternal sun and father of the nation.

They declared that all officials of Chongryon and compatriots under the Tokyo Metropolitan Headquarters fully determined to devotedly protect the dear respected Kim Jong Un would turn out as one in a nationwide struggle for wiping out the Lee group of traitors to the last man.

Prior to the meeting, the participants heard a statement issued by a spokesman for the Supreme Command of the Korean People's Army and a video recording the Pyongyang city army-people rally vowing to wipe out the rat-like Lee Myung Bak group, the sworn enemy, in this land.
