He accused the U.S. of distorting the history and reality of Cuba over its illegally operated radio and TV broadcasting services, adding that a total of 26 320 hours were devoted to its anti-Cuba programs last year alone.

This is a violation of international law and the norms and regulations of the International Telecommunication Union, he noted, adding that Cuba is opposed to the misuse of media for destabilizing other countries, infringing upon sovereignty and interfering in their internal affairs.
