Choe Yong Rim, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Workers' Party of Korea Central Committee and premier of the DPRK Cabinet, made a report.

He said that May Day offers a significant occasion for powerfully demonstrating the revolutionary spirit and might of all the working people in the DPRK and boosting the international solidarity with the world working people struggling for democratic freedom and rights and independent life.

The Korean revolution was unprecedentedly arduous, but the working people of the DPRK have been able to fully discharge their noble mission and duty in the sacred struggle to accomplish the revolutionary cause of Juche and socialism thanks to President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il, he said, and went on:

Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il put forward the working people as the master of the country and the revolution and led the revolution and construction to victory. Their revolutionary history has been steadily carried forward by the dear respected Kim Jong Un.

Under the energetic leadership of Kim Jong Un, eye-opening achievements have been made in all the fields of the revolution and construction and the great idea of the party for providing the people with socialist prosperity has become a reality.

A lot of working people in the world aspire after independence, progress and national prosperity. But none of them enjoy as worthwhile life as working people in the DPRK who build a rich and powerful nation by their creative labors under the care of the great leader.

It is the great honor and happiness of the working people in Juche Korea to open up the glorious heyday of prosperity upholding Kim Jong Un in the van of the revolution, being blessed by Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.

Bright and rosy is the future of the Korean people advancing for a new great victory of the Juche revolution with the national pride and honor of holding Kim Jong Un in the van of the revolution.
