A delegation of the Kim Il Sung Socialist Youth League headed by Ri Yong Hwan, secretary of its Central Committee, departed here Wednesday for China to attend the celebrations of the 90th anniversary of the Communist Youth League of China and the 93rd anniversary of the May 4 Movement.

Aleksei Samarin, minister of Culture of the Amur Regional Government of Russia and his party arrived here on the same day.
