Pyongyang, May 3 (KCNA) -- Political parties and organizations of Democratic Congo on April 26 issued a joint statement denouncing the high treason the Lee Myung Bak group of traitors perpetrated again by hurting the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK. They also supported the Korean people's just struggle. They included the Communist Party, the People's Rally for Socialism, the Workers' Party, Democratic Congo-Korea Friendship and Solidarity Association, the National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea, the Working Citizens' Association. The statement expressed strong resentment at Lee Myung Bak and belligerent forces of south Korea that hurt the great leaders of the DPRK. If any military conflict breaks out on the Korean Peninsula to entail irrevocable consequences, the south Korean ruling quarters will be held wholly responsible for them as they have pursued a hostile policy toward the DPRK, it warned. Various political parties and organizations comprising progressive forces of Democratic Congo condemn the south Korean ruling quarters for their belligerent and reckless acts and demand them stop such acts at once, it stressed. It urged the progressive people of the world to get united to denounce the chief culprits bringing disasters to the Korean Peninsula and turn out in the effort for the peaceful reunification of Korea. |
