The festival will open, divided into various events including prize contests of architectural designs, national scientific symposium on architecture and construction and contests for modernization of architectural designs.

Valuable papers, architectural designing programs and multimedia will be presented to the festival.

At the symposium the participants will discuss issues arising in proving the validity of the idea and theory of leader Kim Jong Il on architectural aesthetics, glorifying his undying feats and building more edifices in Songun era true to the sublime intention of the dear respected Kim Jong Un.
