DPRK's Principled Stand Reported by Foreign Media, Regional Organization

Pyongyang, May 5 (KCNA) -- Foreign media and a regional organization reported between April 19 and 25 about the tough stand of the army and people of the DPRK who declared their will to take thousand-fold revenge on the Lee Myung Bak regime of south Korea keen on escalating confrontation with the fellow countrymen after hurting the dignity of the supreme leadership of the nation. The Bangladeshi paper Blits carried the statement of a spokesman for the DPRK Foreign Ministry under the title "If anything happens in the Korean Peninsula, traitor Lee Myung Bak is to blame". The Kuwaiti paper Arab Times said the DPRK condemned Lee's recent months of desperate act of hurting the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK and declared a sacred war. The DPRK declared its stand that the targets of strike are herds of rats including the Lee group of traitors and conservative media which mislead the fair public opinion and that the special action will last three or four minutes by a peculiar means and Korean-style modes, the paper noted. Three Cambodian papers, the Indian papers Hindustan Times and Kirishna Aberta, a Mongolian paper, the Maltese paper Malta Times, Radio Broadcasting of Ethiopia, internet websites of China and the Internet website of the International Alliance of Societies for the Study of the Juche Idea and Songun Policy in East European and Central Asian Region reported the full text or gist of the April 18 statement of a spokesman for the Supreme Command of the Korean People's Army, the April 19 statement of the government, political parties and organizations of the DPRK, the April 22 statement of a spokesman for the DPRK Foreign Ministry and the April 23 notice of the special operation action group of the Supreme Command of the KPA. |
