Attending it were personages from all walks of life and masses including Juche idea followers, personages of organizations for Japan-DPRK friendship and scholars. A vice-chairman of the Central Standing Committee of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan was present there.

Nam Sung U, vice-chairman of the Chongryon Central Standing Committee, and Kenichi Ogami, secretary general of the International Institute of the Juche Idea, made congratulatory speeches.

A congratulatory message sent by Dewi Sukarno, member of the International Kim Il Sung Prize Council, was read out at the meeting.

The speakers referred to the pleasure of being the first to form the society at a historic juncture when the advance of a new century of Juche started under the leadership of the dear respected Kim Jong Un after proudly reviewing the 100 year history of Juche recorded with victory and glory under the leadership of President Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.

They vowed to intensify the positive activities for studying and disseminating the Juche idea for building a new society in Japan under the uplifted banner of Kimilsungism and Kimjongilism.

A declaration on forming the society was adopted and rules of the society were instituted at the meeting.

Kinhide Mushakoji was elected advisor to the society, Kikuo Tashiro chairman, Keizo Sumiya vice-chairwoman and Yoshiharu Okada general secretary.

A letter to Kim Jong Un was adopted at the meeting.
