It was co-sponsored by the DPRK Red Cross Society and the delegations of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRCRCS) and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) working in the DPRK.

Present there were officials concerned including those of the DPRK Red Cross Society and members of the international Red Cross delegations.

The participants watched young RC members of the DPRK practicing first-aid.

They looked round different parts of the school and watched an art performance given by its students.
