Displayed there were at least 3 900 medical equipment and appliances of more than 90 kinds contrived and produced by industrial establishments and scientific research institutes across the country.

Highly appreciated by the participants were electrocardiographs, electroencephalographs, programmatic controller of pulse of artificial hearts which introduced latest technology, artificial femoral joint, new appliance for operating leg bone fracture, etc. Also on display were Koryo electronic finger-pressing treatment appliance, appliance for pressing abdominal main artery and other equipment designed for greater effectiveness of treatment.

The exhibition involved diverse activities including a scientific and technological symposium and a meeting for sharing experience.

Its closing ceremony was held on Wednesday.
