Among the martyrs are former generals of the Korean People's Army Kim Song Hak, Ri Sok Myong and Pak Yun Hwal who made contributions to developing the revolutionary armed forces and completing construction objects.

Among them are also Hwang Son Hong, Kim Yong Jun, Ryom Thae Jun, Kim Sun Ho and Han Song Gyu and others who rendered services for national reunification, the nation's development of science and technology and the training of talents.

Burial ceremonies took place at the cemetery on Thursday and Friday.

Present there were officials concerned, service personnel of the KPA and bereaved families.
