U.S. Test-fires Interceptor Missile

Pyongyang, May 12 (KCNA) -- The United States conducted another test-fire of interceptor missile on May 9 despite the strong protest and condemnation of the international community.

According to the Missile Defense Agency of the U.S. Department of Defense, a new type interceptor missile of the U.S. Navy was launched towards a ballistic missile in the area near Hawaii that day.
