The article lashed out at the CIA for having engrossed in interfering in internal affairs of Bolivia, Ecuador and Venezuela by use of what it called human rights fund and committing sabotages to block the development of those countries.

The article disclosed the facts that an organization led by a Cuban-American terrorist was involved in the plot to assassinate a president in Latin America and spread a series of false political information.
