Pak Ui Chun Meets Foreign FMs

| Pyongyang, May 12 (KCNA) -- DPRK Foreign Minister Pak Ui Chun, who is participating in the ministerial meeting of non-aligned countries, separately met with Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla and Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi on May 9. The Cuban foreign minister said that the demise of General Secretary Kim Jong Il was a great loss to the Cuban people. He was pleased that the cause of Kim Jong Il is being successfully carried forward by the dear respected Kim Jong Un. The Iranian foreign minister congratulated Kim Jong Un on becoming supreme leader of the party, the state and the army, adding that Iran would firmly support the DPRK in the future, too. On the same day, Pak Ui Chun met the minister of State for foreign affairs of Angola and vice foreign ministers of Vietnam, Laos and Belarus. On May 10 he also met with Egyptian Foreign Minister Mohamed Kamel Amr, the minister of State for Foreign Affairs of Ethiopia and the general director for multilateral relations of the Foreign Ministry of Niger. |
