Later last year the Security Investigation Group of the Seoul District Police Agency forcefully searched his office and investigated him and also issued a warrant of arrest for him, saying that his articles carried by Jaju Minbo violated the "security law" banning praise and encouragement of the north.

Enraged at the rejection of the warrant, the fascists reissued the warrant of arrest for him in February this year and kept persecuting him which led to his final detainment.
