The Unites States is also building up public opinion, saying "the north had better give up nuclear development and missile launch and take care of its people" to incite the puppet forces of south Korea to escalate the confrontation with the DPRK.

Rodong Sinmun Monday in a bylined commentary says in this regard:

They do not worry or care about the life of people in the DPRK. What they said was just the scream of the hostile forces to the DPRK in fear of the matchless military capacities of the DPRK.

The Lee group has escalated confrontation with the DPRK while citing something like the cost to pull up the sovereign right of the DPRK. This is a last ditch effort to get rid of dilemma caused by its failed "policy towards the north".

The group craftily invented "a new method of approaching" the north in order to retrieve their repeated failures in their plan to hurt the DPRK through nuclear racket and missile racket against it in collusion with foreign forces.

By slandering the DPRK's exercise of its sovereignty by directly connecting the cost issue with the "economy and people's livelihood" and creating an international opinion critical of the DPRK, they sought to undermine the people's trust in socialism.

This is a ridiculous mischief of the sharks to break the single-minded unity in the DPRK.

The single-minded unity, a valuable heritage provided by the peerlessly great persons of Mt. Paektu, has been cemented and consolidated generation after generation.

The DPRK will never give up its sovereignty no matter how desperately the hostile forces run amuck and will resolutely counter their vicious acts of hurting it without any compromise.
