Pyongyang, May 16 (KCNA) -- Line of March, the organ of the Revolutionary Communist Party of Britain (Marxist-Leninist), in its May issue carried a special write-up illustrated with photos of President Kim Il Sung. It carried an account of events held in Britain with splendor to celebrate the centenary of President Kim Il Sung's birth as well as an article titled "Heritage of Comrade Kim Il Sung". Kim Il Sung wisely led the anti- imperialist national liberation struggle, firmly defending the independence and sovereignty of the country and making an immortal contribution to the world revolution, the article said, adding: He was the founder of the Workers' Party of Korea and socialist Korea and is eternal President of the DPRK. Kim Il Sung embarked on the road of revolution in his teens and led the protracted Korean revolution to victory, thus building socialism centered on popular masses on the land of Korea. He had received a total of more than 70,000 foreigners including heads of party, state and government of 136 countries in his lifetime. He made tireless efforts for the country and revolution, people and world peace till the last moments of his life. Socialist Korea, the legacy left over by Kim Il Sung, has grown strong under the outstanding Songun leadership of Kim Jong Il. The article expressed conviction that the Korean people would register greater successes in building a thriving socialist nation under the guidance of the dear respected Kim Jong Un, identical to Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il in idea, leadership and personality. |
