Guillermo Alcazar Ribera, chairman of the Peruvian Group for the Study of Kimilsungism, said at the ceremony that President Kim Il Sung founded the immortal Juche idea and clearly indicated the way to be followed by mankind.

General secretary Kim Jong Il formulated the Juche idea as Kimilsungism and developed and enriched it, he noted.

The dear respected Kim Jong Un formulated the revolutionary ideas of the preceding leaders as Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism and proclaimed them as the supreme programme of the Workers' Party of Korea, he noted.

The ideological and theoretical feats the President and Kim Jong Il performed for the Korean revolution and the world revolution will be immortal with their august names, he added.

Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism serves not only as militant programme of the party and people of the DPRK but great guiding idea and militant programme for mankind in the 21st century, he said, adding it is the duty of the progressive people of Peru and the world over to deeply study and widely disseminate it.

He was elected chairman of the Peruvian Group for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism at the ceremony.

A letter to Kim Jong Un was adopted at the ceremony.
