They included former President George Bush, Vice-President Dick Cheney, Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld and other officials involved in the so called "anti-terror war" in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair was also accused of similar crimes.

The court clarified it would send the verdict and papers on evidence to UN and its Security Council as well as to the International Criminal Court.
