Officials and other employees of the Management Bureau of the Revolutionary Battle Sites in Ryanggang Province have taken measures to prevent the damage by heat and humidity, while face-lifting those sites as centers for the education in the revolutionary traditions.

The officials and other employees of the Management Stations of Mt. Paektu, Mubong and Chongbong Revolutionary Battle Sites have carried out the work for permanently preserving the trees bearing revolutionary slogans, valuable treasures of the Korean revolution.

Roads for study tour extending hundreds of kilometers have been improved and buses for tour are ready to run.

The cable car management station in the above-said sites has finished arranging ground cable car roadbeds from Paektu Station to Hyangdo Station and maintaining passenger cars. They have, at the same time, solved technical issues arising in the operation of aerial cable cars, providing full safety in it.

The repair of stone stairways to Lake Chon on Mt. Paektu is close to completion.

Public establishments and cultural and welfare facilities including bedrooms, dinning rooms and wash-cum-bath houses at all lodging quarters for campers have been renovated. Every measure has been taken to provide the best convenience of the study tour makers.
