A bylined article of Rodong Sinmun Tuesday says this, and goes on:

The core of Lee group's new "north strategy" is little different from the theory of "no nukes, opening and 3,000 dollars". It has become more crafty and vicious in its contents and method.

The Lee group felt that its original "north policy" would never help it check the vigorous advance of the DPRK nor realize the ambition for "unification of systems". It, therefore, cooked up new "north strategy" to dig itself out of the predicament. It, talking about "expenses", bribed all the riff-raffs and let loose invectives slandering the DPRK, while citing "human rights", thereby pursuing the confrontation policy in a craftier manner.

Through such despicable method, the Lee group eyes to defame the dignified DPRK in the international arena and tighten the siege to it with sanctions. It also seeks to undermine the trust of the people in the socialist system and break the single-minded unity of the army and people of the DPRK.

The army and people of the DPRK value their dignity and sovereignty dearer than their lives.

It is the foolish acts of poor idiots to try to shake the people's mindset with the "issue of expenses" and undermine the powerful socialist system with "human rights" racket.

Their reckless acts provoking the DPRK with the "new method of approaching the north" are escalating distrust and confrontation between the north and the south and bringing grave consequence of increasing the danger of a nuclear war in the Korean Peninsula.
