The on-going world situation and the regional circumstances of the Collective Security Treaty Organization show that the issue of military security should be given top priority for the Organization, he said.

In particular, bad attempts to settle the critical issues by force are prevailing in the world, raising concerns of the member states of the Organization, he noted.

What creates uneasiness is the NATO member nations' activities along the borders of member states of the Organization and the U.S. and NATO's plan to build a missile shield in Europe.

The Organization would give priority to relieving the crisis through political ways though it has due military potential, he added.
