The fertile and beautified land of the country alone can provide the people with better cultured living environment and conditions and dynamically accelerate the building of an economic power.

A revolutionary change will take place in the land management only when all the party members and other working people sincerely devote their sweat and energies to turning their country into a more beautiful one with ardent patriotism.
