Japan makes desperate efforts to secure military capacity enough for physically guaranteeing the provocation and fighting of a militarist war for reinvasion while openly claiming that Japan's defeat in the Second World War was attributable to its "weakness".

The serious financial situation Japan has faced is depleting the country's copper and severe political chaos can follow in case it raises consumption tax. Japan, however, lavishes tremendous amount of money on purchasing arms and equipment.

This is clear evidence proving that Japan is set to turn itself into a military power without fail and opt for a war of militarist reinvasion.

The outbreak of a war in Asia by Japan has become an established fact and it can happen any moment. Drawing nearer is the day when Japan will provoke a war for reinvasion, singing "Kimigayo" and fluttering its "sun flag" as it had already replaced a "pacifist constitution" by a war constitution.

The world should clearly see what's happening in Japan now and keep vigilance against it.

For peace in Asia and the rest of the world Japan's moves to become a military power should never be tolerated.
