The farm, built on the basis of modern fish-breeding science and technology, has more than 160 indoor and outdoor ponds and over 10 annexes. A scientific system of managing the ponds is in place.

It has become possible to breed in an industrial way the swellfish known as a tonic and rare delicious fish.

Attending the ceremony were Ro Tu Chol, vice-premier of the Cabinet, officials concerned, soldier-builders and employees of the farm.
