Present at the seminar were the personages of the Socialist Party of Romania and groups for the study of the Juche idea of Romania and the masses. The DPRK ambassador to Romania and his embassy staff were present on invitation.

The chief of the Group for the Study of the Juche Idea in Bucharest referred to the content of the work.

Vasile Orleanu, chairman of the Supreme Council of the party, at the seminar praised leader Kim Jong Il as a great strategist, master of ideology and theory and defender of socialism who successfully led the Korean people's struggle to defend socialism and build a thriving nation.

He went on:

Kim Jong Un has shown the disposition of a thinker and theoretician in various works including his speech at the military parade.

Reflected in those works was his firm conviction and will to achieve the cause of building a thriving nation by successfully inheriting the ideas and exploits of President Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.

We are confident the Korean people would surely triumph in the construction of the thriving socialist country, desire of Kim Jong Il, upholding the idea and intention of supreme leader Kim Jong Un.
