The Peruvian-Korean Institute of Culture and Friendship said that the south Korean puppet group said this or that over the jamming that swept south Korea and later kicked up the anti-DPRK racket for no reason. It noted: Such provocation reminded one of the Cheonan warship case in which the south Korean group intended to deceive the world people, only to be ridiculed.

It is a well-known fact that the south Korean wave system is the U.S. technology. South Korea self-exposed its scientific and technological weakness and abused its master by making fuss about jamming. We denounce the south Korean puppet clique for its provocation.

The Peruvian Committee for Supporting the Independent and Peaceful Reunification of Korea said: The south Korean authorities took issue with the DPRK. It was a product of their persistent hostile policy toward the DPRK. Through the burlesque they fully revealed the scientific and technological vulnerability unable to properly probe the cause of jamming and prevent the damage beforehand. The whole world is now spitting at their provocation which is consistent with lies and fabrications.

The DPRK will shatter all provocation moves of them and other enemies and advance toward the victory of the socialist cause.
