He noted that like other similar papers the report "contains the habitual abuse of the humanitarian and human rights issues, use of double standards, arbitrary assessments in favor of the U.S. political interests."

He disclosed that it is not certain that the part is based on any fact adding that what is important is that the analysis of the human rights situation in the U.S. is not mentioned.
