DPRK Does What It Should Do: Peruvian Organization
Pyongyang, June 1 (KCNA) -- The Peruvian-Korean Institute of Culture and Friendship issued a statement on May 24 in support of the answer given by a spokesman for the DPRK Foreign Ministry rejecting the declaration of the G-8 summit in the U.S.

In the declaration of the summit the heads of G-8 took issue with the DPRK's satellite launch and nuclear activities.

This is a politically-motivated provocation such as encroaching upon the inviolable sovereignty of the DPRK by following the U.S. which is sticking to its bad habit of antagonizing the DPRK in disregard of justice and truth, the statement said, and went on:

They do not have even an elementary yardstick to judge what is right and wrong.

Why do they keep silent over the satellite launch of France and other countries, while kicking up a racket over the DPRK's satellite launch for peaceful purposes?

It is hardly understandable that the aims of other countries' satellite launches are not considered as problematic while only the DPRK's satellite launch for peaceful purposes is called into question.

The DPRK is not such a country which is barred from doing what it should do due to G-8's accusation and obstruction. It is an independent country which launches satellites and conducts nuclear activities its own way with its faith.

The Peruvian-Korean Institute of Culture and Friendship joins the world peace-loving progressive people in supporting the DPRK's satellite launch for peaceful purposes and nuclear activities and voicing militant and fraternal solidarity with the Korean people in their struggle.
