Choe Ryong Hae, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and director of the General Political Bureau of the KPA, made field survey of the park nearing its completion on Thursday.

Soldier-builders, bearing deep in mind the on-site teachings given by Supreme Commander Kim Jong Un in January this year, have pushed forward the project in the fighting spirit and with the mettle of creation of the revolutionary army which goes through with anything at one go once it buckles down with determination.

Choe, together with officials concerned, went round various places of the construction site.

He underscored the need to carry out the final project in a responsible manner, saying that the construction of the park is an important work to realize the desire of leader Kim Jong Il who was so concerned about providing the people with better base for cultural and emotional life.

All the soldier-builders should ensure the quality of the construction on the highest level by effecting the WPK's policy on making architecture formative and artistic, Choe said.

There were concrete discussions for the commanding officers to take good care of the life of soldiers as their real elder brothers and sisters would do and finish the construction of the park on the principle of ensuring the convenience of the people on a preferential basis as intended by the WPK.

Choe stressed the need for all the soldier-builders to complete the project on the highest level under the banner of learning from Kim Jong Il's patriotism, bearing deep in mind Kim Jong Un's noble outlook on the people.
