Pyongyangites appreciated the concert Friday.

Among them were parents of the KCU delegates, teachers and students of primary and secondary schools, instructors of the KCU, officials of the Kim Il Sung Socialist Youth League, working people, overseas Koreans and foreign guests.

The concert began with the playing of the national anthem.

Put on the stage were colorful numbers singing praises of the benvolence shown by the peerlessly great men for the younger generation, putting forward the children as future of Korea, successors to the Korean revolution and kings of the country.

The performers lauded the undying feats of Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il who dedicated themselves to the prosperity of the country, people's happiness and bright future of the rising generation with noble outlook on them.

They successfully represented the history of the KCU that has bravely fought for the country and the people by carrying forward the traditions of the anti-Japanese Children's Corps. They also reflected the bright and cheerful schoolchildren who are stoutly growing to be the happy children in the era of Songun under the loving care of the sun.

The concert ended with epilogue juvenile chorus "Let's Learn for Korea", poem and song "Love the Future" and chorus "March of Children's Union." It was acclaimed by the audience for its high ideological value and artistry.
