Pyongyang, June 13 (KCNA) -- The Canar Provincial Institute of Ecuador for the Friendship and Solidarity with DPRK issued a statement on June 5 in support of the open ultimatum of the General Staff of the Korean People's Army (KPA). The DPRK, which is putting forward the children as kings of the country, took measures for the delegates of the Korean Children's Union to hold celebrations of the 66th anniversary of the KCU in Pyongyang, the statement said. This was a jubilee which can be seen only in the DPRK, socialist society centering on the popular masses, in which the Juche idea has been applied, it added. Not only the Korean people but all other progressives of the world were rejoiced over the celebrations as over their own and sincerely hoped for their successes, the statement noted, and went on: Only the Lee Myung Bak regime of south Korea kicked off the rackets to hurt the dignity of the supreme leadership of the Korean people while describing the KCU delegates as "mere children knowing nothing about the world" and playing down the jubilee of fellow countrymen as "events for publicity stunt". The Lee group's rackets are a deliberate provocation to drive the already tense situation on the Korean Peninsula to the brink of war, and a mockery of clean minds of the children. The Canar Provincial Institute of Ecuador for the Friendship and Solidarity with DPRK denounces the Lee group's heinous acts and supports the open ultimatum of the KPA General Staff which sentenced the group of traitors to death. We express once again firm solidarity with the Korean people in their dynamic struggle to build a thriving socialist nation and reunify the country independently, valiantly shattering all the moves of the reactionaries of history to stifle the DPRK. |
